Tomorrow I am heading to California!!!!!!
Well....Im making a pit stop in Las Vegas, but the important part is--I am bouncing outta Provo!!!!! ---For a whole week!!!
YAY for Spring Break! It couldn't have come at a better time!
I think my brain has been on hold for many days (maybe weeks) now :D
I can't wait for some sun, FAMILY, relaxation, FUN, and down time!!!!!
a little side note....I think I may go to school now to be a braille teacher????? I dont know for sure, but since I have been teaching my little girl at home (who has a brain tumor and is now blind) I have been thinking about it....and then her mom asked me today if I thought about being a braille teacher....hhhmmmmm....actually yes, but not seriously. She mentioned how her daughter loved me and that she hoped I would be able to teach her daughter in the future and that she thought I would be great at it. It made me feel good and made me think.....hmmmm....all the different choices out there.....

What would being a braille teacher consist of? Like, would it be in a classroom setting or just be hired on a personal basis?
well....it would be through the school district. For those students who are visually impaired, there is a Braille Teacher that goes to the different schools and works with them and transfers their general ed classroom work into braille. The braille teacher that I have been working closely with lately has several students that she sees a few times a week. She has broad ends of the spectrum also....such as one who is learning the alphabet and one who is taking honors calculus :) so its busy and crazy, but I think it could be rewarding! I dont know for sure yet :) but its an option.
Would it be less stressful than what you are doing now?

I dont know to be honest! I want to talk with vision specialist at my school now...to see her schedule and pick her brain.
